This new residence, laid out like a small village, will charm you with its architecture and its calm and peaceful environment in the heart of Balagne.

We offer a comfortable, air-conditioned apartment of 68m², which can accommodate 4 guests.

The residence has a magnificent communal swimming pool.

Ideally located near Lozari beach and shops (restaurants, bakery, Spar supermarket, tobacconist...) at 1700m!

🏘️ Our apartment, "La Casa Di Bruzzi", is composed as follows:

- a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee maker...) open to the dining area.

- a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV

- a first bedroom with access to the balcony. Queen size bed (160) and wardrobes with integrated dressing area (shelves and hanging rail)

- a second bedroom with a queen size bed (160) and a wardrobe with integrated dressing area (shelves and hanging space)

- a large bathroom with a walk-in shower

- a laundry room with separate WC and washing machine

🌬️ The living room and both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

🌄 The apartment features a 17m² balcony with lovely views of the sea and surrounding nature. An outdoor dining area, a griddle, and two deck chairs are at your disposal.

Lozari is a hamlet in the commune of Belgodère.

Located near the beach and a small shopping area (1700m) where you will find restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a bakery, a pastry shop, a Spar supermarket, a tobacconist/newsagent/souvenir shop and other shops...

The Losari nautical center offers many activities: windsurfing, paddleboarding, big paddleboarding, pedal boats...

An ideal starting point for visiting the prettiest villages of Balagne (Palasca, Belgodère, Speloncato, Pigna, Sant' Antonino and so many others...)

Access :

- 15 minutes from the port of Ile-Rousse

- 40 minutes from Calvi airport

- 1 hour min from Bastia airport

- 1 hour 15 minutes from the port of Bastia

Hiking trails are accessible on foot from the accommodation.

An intermediate cleaning can be requested during your stay, at an additional cost of 40 euros.

A breakfast option is also available. Please book the day before by 2pm.

12 euros per person (1 pastry of your choice (pain au chocolat or croissant), 1 portion of bread with butter and jam, 1 hot drink (tea or coffee), 1 fruit juice).
